Hardship Waivers
Provides psychological evaluations for immigration hardship waivers, including detailed reports that document extreme hardship, mental health conditions, and the emotional impact of family separation. Assessments support waiver cases by highlighting trauma, medical needs, and dependency factors.
VAWA
Offers VAWA psychological evaluations for survivors of domestic violence and abuse. Reports document trauma, PTSD, emotional abuse, and coercive control, helping support immigration petitions with clear clinical evidence.
U-VISA

Forensic Evaluations
Provides forensic psychological evaluations for a wide range of legal matters, including court-ordered assessments, competency evaluations, mental health evaluations, and expert witness reports. Pricing Plans & Turnaround Times
The total cost for services is $1,100.
75% of the required balance is due at the time of contracting services. The remaining balance will be due prior to the release of the report. We accept various payment methods, including Zelle, Venmo, and Credit/Debit cards for your convenience.
Immigration reports typically have a turnaround time of about one week. Please keep an eye on your email for any follow-ups or questions that may require your prompt attention. I will work closely with the designated attorney to provide clinical and valuable insights into your experience. Please note that any delays in communication may result in delays in the overall turnaround.
